Ingredients
- •24 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (Good quality)
- •3 cups Raw Cashews (Unsalted)
- •1/2 tsp Sea Salt (Flaky, for topping)
Instructions
- 1.
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Time: 2 min - 2.
Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl. If microwaving, heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
Time: 8 min - 3.
Gently fold the cashews into the melted chocolate until they are evenly coated.
Time: 5 min - 4.
Drop spoonfuls of the chocolate-cashew mixture onto the prepared baking sheets, creating clusters. Aim for about 4 clusters per serving, totaling 24 clusters.
Time: 5 min - 5.
Sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt on top of each cluster.
Time: 2 min - 6.
Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
Time: 15 min
Tips
- 💡For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate.
- 💡You can add other nuts like almonds or pecans for a mixed nut cluster.
- 💡Store the clusters in an airtight container in the refrigerator to prevent the chocolate from melting.
